Returns Policy

Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and carefully checked for quality before distribution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and adhere to New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, ensuring that our customers receive products that meet the required standards.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened Items
Unopened items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused, and sealed condition. Please include proof of purchase with the return.

  1. Opened Items
    Due to the nature of our products, once packaging is opened, the items are considered used and therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. This policy ensures that all our customers receive only new, uncontaminated products.

    Faulty or Defective Products
    If a product is found to be faulty or defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for an assessment. In line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will either repair, replace, or refund faulty products.

    Shipping and Handling
    Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns unless the item is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose under New Zealand consumer law.
